Paperless Invoicing

We’ve made a conscious effort to reduce the amount of paper and ink that we use. We do not include a paper invoice with your order.

Should you need a copy of your invoice, please email [email protected] with your order number which you can find on your order confirmation email.

Delivery

Please note, due to the current Covid-19 situation, deliveries may be subject to delays.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 working days. Your order will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout.

Upon your order being shipped, you will be notified via email from our courier.

Please note that all services rely on third-party couriers to deliver on time and in good order. We will of course do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives when stated at the time of purchase, however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the delivery company. 

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo & Electron. All card transactions are handled via secure services provided by Stripe for WooCommerce. To complete a card payment you will be asked for the cardholder’s billing details including full name, address, postcode, and any security passwords that may have been put in place by the card provider. Failure to provide this information may result in a delayed or failed transaction.
